We love teaching Scrum in any context (e.g. software, hardware, M&A, or education). We learn something from every new cohort. In this case we realized how much we can learn about the essence of teamwork from a group of 6th graders. The following are the insights that they shared with us!

Mark gets his jiu-jitsu black belt!  Shuhari is a Japanese martial art concept, and describes the stages of learning to mastery. It is sometimes applied to other disciplines, such as Agile!

Build a car with us in two days.  The Scrum Gathering in San Diego gave us new ideas about how to apply Scrum to complex hardware and software integration problems. It is not shocking that Scrum is adding value in increasingly different ways.
